I make these at Christmas for my cookie tray.

Ingredients

- cake ingredients
1 box lemon cake mix
1 - egg
1/4 cup milk
1 stick margarine, melted
- topping ingredients
2 - eggs
(1) 8 ounces cream cheese softened
1 box powdered sugar

How To Make lemon goodies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray or grease 9x13 pan.

Step 2

Mix together cake ingredients and press into pan.
Step 3

Combine topping ingredients, blending well. Pour topping over cake mixture.
Step 4

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until pulling away from sides of pan.
