This is simple but tastes fresh and lemony. My husband's favorite on his lemon cake

Ingredients For lemon frosting

  • 1/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 3 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How To Make lemon frosting

    Melt the butter in the microwave
  • 2
    add powdered sugar and lemon juice and beat until smooth and creamy. When it is spreadable it is ready to go.

    Note: it is best to use real lemon. You may also like to add the zest of the lemon
