Ingredients

  • ·
    1 cup flour
  • ·
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • ·
    1/2 cup butter, softened
  • ·
    2 eggs
  • ·
    1 cup granulated sugar
  • ·
    3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • ·
    2 tbsp. flour

How to Make Lemon Danish Squares

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream together flour, powdered sugar and butter. Press into 8 inch square baking pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350. Cut into bars while shill warm and sprinkle with granulated or powdered sugar. Makes 16 squares.
