How to Make Lemon Coffee Cake # 1
1Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
2Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk mixing well after each addition. Stir in pecans and lemon rind.
3Pour batter into greased and flour 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until tests done.
4Pour glaze over coffee cake. Cool 10-15 minutes before removing from pan.
