Lemon Coconut Cake
This is a super easy but scrumptious dessert that you can literally do last minute!!
- store bought angel food ring cake or make cake from a mix in a ring shape.
- 1 jar(s)
- 9 - 11 oz lemon curd, found in jams and jellies aisle
- lemon ...just use zest
- 1 c
- shredded coconut
Warm lemon curd over low heat and stir in the zest of one lemon. Pour the warm lemon sauce over the cake in a slow stream to glaze it. Sprinkle coconut liberally over the lemon glazed cake.
For a decorative touch place the cake on a bed of sliced lemons.
