Ingredients
- 1 - lemon cake mix
- 1/2 cup sofftened butter
- 3 - room temperture eggs
- 8 ounces room temperture marscapone cheese
- 8 ounces room temperture cream cheese
- 1 - zest and juice of a lemon
- 2 - lemon curd
- 1 - tub of ready made lemon frosting
How To Make lemon cheesecake bars

Step 1preheat oven to 350, grease 9x 13 cake pan

Step 2mix cake mix and butter until crumbly, save out 1 cup and press the remaining in the bottom of your cake pan

Step 3heat you lemon curd in the microwave for 30 seconds to make it easier to spread, then spread on the base of the cake

Step 4Mix eggs, both cheeses, zest, juice of lemon and the tub of frosting, pour on top of the curd, sprinkle with the saved cake crumbs

Step 5bake for 40-45 minutes, will be slightly golden brown around the edges
