My better half loves his cheesecakes. Any type and any flavor. But one of his favorites is this simple lemon cheesecake.

Ingredients

  • 1- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 1 -8 ounce cool whip - thawed
  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust

How To Make lemon cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Beat sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy. On low speed, mix in 1/2 of the lemon pie filling. Fold in the container of cool whip. Spoon into crust. Top with remaining 1/2 of pie filling. Refridgerate until chilled.
