- 1- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 1 -8 ounce cool whip - thawed
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
How To Make lemon cheesecake

Step 1Beat sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy. On low speed, mix in 1/2 of the lemon pie filling. Fold in the container of cool whip. Spoon into crust. Top with remaining 1/2 of pie filling. Refridgerate until chilled.
