I was trying to come up with a recipe to use up my cream cheese before the expiration date and this cake is what I came up with. I hope you like it!

Ingredients
- 1 box butter cake mix
- 1 box instant lemon pudding mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 - eggs
- FILLING
- 1 package cream cheese
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
How To Make lemon cheese cake

Step 1For the cake. Mix all the ingredients together and pour half the mixture into a greased and floured bundt pan. Set the remainder aside.

Step 2Mix the filling together and pour over the cake Mix. Spoon the rest of the cake mixture over the filling and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes until top is golden brown and not real jiggly.

Step 3Let cool completely and place in fridge to finish cooling before cutting.
