I make this every Christmas, don't know why I just make it at Christmas. Very good.

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 box lemon instant pudding
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3 - eggs
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • - lemon juice

How To Make lemon cake

  • Step 1
    Cake: Mix cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and eggs. Bake at 325" in Bundt pan for aobut 45 minutes. With my oven I have to bake alittle longer.
  • Step 2
    Glaze: Mix powdered sugar with enough lemon juice to make thin. Leave cake in pan. Make toothpick holes in cake, pour 2/3 of glaze over cake. Let set in pan for 10 minutes. Turn out and spoon remaining glaze over cake.
