Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 1 box sugar free lemon jello
- 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1 1/4 teaspoons fresh lemon rind grated
- 3/4 pinch optional lemon pulp if desired
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
How To Make lemon bundt cake

Step 1Mix together in one bowl

Step 2beat 2 minutes on medium with a hand held mixer.. be sure you incorporate air while blending until smooth and thick.

Step 3Spray or grease a bundt pan and bake at 325* for approx. 45 minutes to an hour... until the sides are loose from pan. Cool on a rack and dust with powered sugar..

Step 4Optional: Take very thinly sliced candied (rum) cooked lemon slices place on top of cake about half way through and finish baking. You can also substitute another fruit and jello your choice. Enjoy with a iced or hot coffee ya'll..
