Lemon Bundt Cake
1 boxwhite cake mix
2/3 cfresh lemon juice
2/3 ccanola oil
1 boxsugar free lemon jello
1 1/2 tspalmond extract
1 1/4 tspfresh lemon rind grated
3/4 pinchoptional lemon pulp if desired
3/4 cpowdered sugar
How to Make Lemon Bundt Cake
- Mix together in one bowl
- beat 2 minutes on medium with a hand held mixer.. be sure you incorporate air while blending until smooth and thick.
- Spray or grease a bundt pan and bake at 325* for approx. 45 minutes to an hour... until the sides are loose from pan. Cool on a rack and dust with powered sugar..
- Optional: Take very thinly sliced candied (rum) cooked lemon slices place on top of cake about half way through and finish baking. You can also substitute another fruit and jello your choice. Enjoy with a iced or hot coffee ya'll..
