- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- LEMON GLAZE
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- pinch of salt
How To Make lemon bundt cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 10-inch Bundt pan with non-stick baking spray.

Step 2Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.

Step 3Using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and lemon zest until light and fluffy. Reduce the speed to stir and add the eggs one at a time, mixing each until mostly incorporated before adding the next.
