Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for topping
How To Make lemon bundt cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter and sugars.

Step 3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Beat in the vanilla and lemon juice.

Step 4Sift together the flour and baking powder. Add to batter and beat for 3 to 4 minutes on high.

Step 5Coat a 12 cup bundt pan or 10" tube pan with nonstick cooking spray. Dust with flour.

Step 6Evenly spread batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Step 7Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Gently loosen sides with a sharp knife and invert cake onto serving plate.

Step 8Dust with powdered sugar.
