lemon bundt cake
I searched online for a great recipe to use up some yellow cake mixes I had in my pantry. When I came across this recipe I made it over and over using up all my cake mixes. It’s that good!

Ingredients
- CAKE
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel (from 2 large lemons)
- 3 - eggs
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (from one lemon)
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- GLAZE
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (from one lemon)
How To Make lemon bundt cake

Step 1Grease and flour a Bundt pan and preheat oven to 325.

Step 2In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until totally softened.

Step 3Add eggs, lemon juice, and grated lemon then beat for at least one minute.

Step 4Add rest of cake ingredients and beat two minutes more then pour batter into pan and bake for 40 minutes.

Step 5Allow cake to cool in pan then flip onto a serving plate.
