I searched online for a great recipe to use up some yellow cake mixes I had in my pantry. When I came across this recipe I made it over and over using up all my cake mixes. It’s that good!

Ingredients

  • CAKE

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated lemon peel (from 2 large lemons)
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice (from one lemon)
  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • GLAZE

  • 1 c
    confectioners sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice (from one lemon)

How to Make Lemon Bundt Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Grease and flour a Bundt pan and preheat oven to 325
  2. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until totally softened.
  3. Add eggs, lemon juice, and grated lemon then beat for at least one minute
  4. Add rest of cake ingredients and beat two minutes more then pour batter into pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Allow cake to cool in pan then flip unto serving plate
