I searched online for a great recipe to use up some yellow cake mixes I had in my pantry. When I came across this recipe I made it over and over using up all my cake mixes. It’s that good!

Ingredients

  • CAKE
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel (from 2 large lemons)
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (from one lemon)
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • GLAZE
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (from one lemon)

How To Make lemon bundt cake

  • Step 1
    Grease and flour a Bundt pan and preheat oven to 325.
  • Step 2
    In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until totally softened.
  • Step 3
    Add eggs, lemon juice, and grated lemon then beat for at least one minute.
  • Step 4
    Add rest of cake ingredients and beat two minutes more then pour batter into pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Allow cake to cool in pan then flip onto a serving plate.
