Ingredients

  • 1 box (18.25 oz.) lemon cake mix.
  • 1 package (3.4 oz.) instant lemon pudding mix.
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon extract

How To Make lemon bundt cake

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 325. grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
  • Step 2
    in a large bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix, then stir in oil. beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in lemon-lime soda.
  • Step 3
    pour batter in prepared pan. bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until tooth pick comes out clean. allow to cool. then turn upside down on a wire rack and let cool all the way.
  • Step 4
    in a bowl mix confectioner sugar, milk and lemon extract real good until a little thick, poor over cake evenly and enjoy the goodness.
