My most popular Bundt cake yet. Requested by most. My family is my taste testers along with my husband. I love making bundt cakes because it takes me back to simpler times. This bundt cake is moist and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 box betty crocker's super moist lemon cake mix
  • 1 package 4-serving size instant lemon pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 package fresh blueberries (or equivalent amount of frozen blueberries)

How To Make lemon blueberry bundt cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325' F.
  • Step 2
    Mix all dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Mix on medium speed until well incorporated.
  • Step 3
    Toss Blueberries in about 1/4 cup of flour until completely dusted and fold into cake mixture. Pour into cooking spray greased Bundt Cake pan and bake for 45-60 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Dust cake when cool with Powdered Sugar.
