How To Make lazy day cookies

• Step 1
  Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
• Step 2
  Combine all ingredients together & mix well.
• Step 3
  Drop by tsp (or a small ice cream scooper) onto cookie sheet, either lightly greased, parchment paper or silpat liner (like I use).
• Step 4
  Bake 10 - 12 minutes; let cool 5 minutes. Move to wire rack to cool completely.

  VARIATIONS: DOUBLE CHOCOLATE: Add 1 - 2 C chocolate chips to chocolate cake mix. PEANUT BUTTER DREAMS: Add 1 - 2 C creamy peanut butter to a white or yellow cake mix. CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER: Add 1 - 2 C creamy peanut butter to chocolate fudge cake mix. CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHIP: Add 1 - 2 C chocolate chips to white, yellow or chocolate chip cake mix. COCONUT ALMOND: Add 1 C shredded coconut, 1 C toasted almonds & 1 tsp almond extract to a white cake mix. BANANA NUT SPICE: Add 1/2 C mashed banana & 1/2 C chopped pecans to a spice cake mix. BUTTERSCOTCH FANTASY: Add 1 - 2 C butterscotch chips to a white or yellow cake mix. MINT CHOCOLATE HEAVEN: Add 1- 2 C mint chocolate chips or crushed andies candys, chopped york peppermint patties, chopped thin mints to white, yellow or chocolate cake mix. If using white or yellow add 6 - 8 drops green food coloring. CHERRY DELIGHT: Add 1 C chopped maraschino cherries (patted dry first) or dried cherries to cherry chip cake mix. GERMAN CHOCOLATE: Add 1 C chopped pecans, 1 C shredded coconut to german chocolate cake mix. RABBIT MUNCHIES: Add 1 C pecans to carrot cake mix. LEMON LUSHIOUS: Add 1 C white chocolate chips to lemon cake mix. PURE EVIL: Add 1/2 C dark chocolate chips, 1/2 C peanut butter chips, 1/2 C white chocolate chips & 1/2 butterscotch chips to devils food cake mix. RED DELISH: Add 1 - 2 C white chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips to red velvet cake mix. RAINBOW BRIGHT: Add 1 C white chocolate chips, 1 bottle sprinkles to party rainbow chip cake mix. AS YOU CAN SEE THE POSSIBLITES ARE ENDLESS....USE YOUR IMAGINATION.
