layers of love chocolate brownies
These are one of the most incredible brownies we have ever had. I believe it is a Nestle recipe since it calls for Nestle products on the original recipe I have. I usually follow the recipe but I have given this recipe to many friends and family members that improvised...such as not having the pecans, white morsels or caramel topping so the used cut up snickers or whatever they had to make layers and still used the same bottom and top layer and they can't believe how good it comes out every time.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup ap flour
- 3/4 cup nestle toll house baking cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter(cut into pieces and softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 large eggs,divided
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans(or walnuts if you prefer)
- 3/4 cup nestle toll house white morsels
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 3/4 cup nestle toll house semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*. Grease 8-inch square baking pan.

Step 2Combine flour,cocoa and salt in a small bowl.

Step 3Beat butter and both sugars in a large mixing bowl until creamy.

Step 4Add 2 eggs,one at a time,beating well after each addition.

Step 5Add vanilla,mix well.

Step 6Gradually beat in flour mixture.

Step 7Reserve 3/4 cup of batter.

Step 8Spread remaining batter into prepared pan.

Step 9Sprinkle nuts and white morsels over batter in the pan.

Step 10Drizzle caramel topping over the nut and white morsel layer.

Step 11Beat remaining egg and reserved batter in same large bowl until light(er) in color.

Step 12Stir in semi-sweet morsels.

Step 13Spread evenly over caramel topping.

Step 14Bake 30-35 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely in pan. Cut into squares.
