YUMMY!! You can use a different flavor pudding mix and top with caramel or strawberry or another topping flavor for a different taste.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sliced strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 16 ounces neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 package white chocolate flavor instant pudding (3.4 oz)
  • 2 cups cool whip
  • 2 cups frozen pound cake (1 inch cubes)
  • 1 - square baker's semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 - maraschino cherry

How To Make layered strawberry cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Combine the strawberries and sugar. Place in refrigerator until ready to use.
  • Step 2
    Beat the Neufchatel Cheese until creamy.
  • Step 3
    Gradually beat in the milk with the Neufchatel Cheese.
  • Step 4
    Add the dry pudding mix to the Neufchatel Cheese mixture and mix well.
  • Step 5
    Blend in 1 1/2 cups of the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Step 6
    Layer in bowl as follows: 1/2 of the Cream Cheese Mixture Pound Cake Strawberries Remaining Cream Cheese mixture
  • Step 7
    Refrigerate 4 hours.
  • Step 8
    Melt chocolate; drizzle over trifle. Top with remaining Cool Whip and a maraschino cherry.
