I found it!!! You could even make ladyfingers for Tiramisu cupcakes. You can just eat it with a drizzle of Dulce De Leche . . or whatever your heart or stomach wants . . .

Ingredients
- 5 - egg whites
- 4 - egg yolks
- 2/3 cup sugar
- - dash of vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup all purpose flour
How To Make ladyfinger recipe for tiramisu

Step 1Separate eggs into 2 separate bowls.

Step 2Beat egg whites on high speed, until foamy. Add 2 Tbsp. from the 2/3 cup of sugar to the egg whites. Continue to beat until stiff peaks form, set aside.

Step 3In a separate bowl, add vanilla and remainder of the sugar to the egg yolks and beat, set aside.

Step 4Sift together flour and baking powder.

Step 5Fold in half of the egg whites into the yolks. Do it gently.

Step 6Fold the flour mixture into the yolks.

Step 7Fold the rest of the egg whites into the yolks.

Step 8Put the batter into a pastry bag or a zip-lock bag and snip the tip of a corner.

Step 9Pipe the batter onto a greased cookie sheet.

Step 10Bake for 6 minutes, do not turn you back on them. All you want is for the edges to turn brown, and it is done.

Step 11Remove the ladyfingers from the oven onto a rack for cooling.

Step 12Now you can start on your Tiramisu cake!!!
