  1. Put cornstarch in milk and mix. Over low heat cook milk eggs sugar vanilla . Stirring constantly. Bring to boil cook 5 additional min. Place in bowl wrap in plastic
  2. Mix heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold in custard
  3. Heat oven 400 roll out puff pastry. Cut in half. Bake 15 min
  4. Cover 1 sheet with custard. Cut 2nd sheet in squares. Place on top custard. Dust powder sugar. Refrigerate 4hrs
