  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 1 1/2c cups heavy cream
  • 1 package puff pastry sheet, thawed

  • Step 1
    Put cornstarch in milk and mix. Over low heat cook milk eggs sugar vanilla . Stirring constantly. Bring to boil cook 5 additional min. Place in bowl wrap in plastic
  • Step 2
    Mix heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold in custard
  • Step 3
    Heat oven 400 roll out puff pastry. Cut in half. Bake 15 min
  • Step 4
    Cover 1 sheet with custard. Cut 2nd sheet in squares. Place on top custard. Dust powder sugar. Refrigerate 4hrs
