The hospital's on staff insurance man used to make this on occasion and bring it to work to share with our morning coffee. We all loved it.

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups unsifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup softened butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 - eggs
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

How To Make keith's chocolate chip cake

Step 1

mix all together and spread into greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan

Step 2

bake at 375 for 20 minutes
Step 3

Serve either warm or cooled, with or without frosting. We prefer it warm with no frosting with our morning coffee.
