When you want a little treat, try this Kahlua cake. The light and fluffy cake is filled with Kahlua's sweet coffee flavor and pecans. We loved the nuttiness and crunch of the chopped pecans. A slice of this rich, simple cake will be delicious with a cup of coffee.

Ingredients
- 1 package Golden Butter Cake Mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding (3.5 oz)
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup Kahlua
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make kahlua cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare Bundt pan by greasing and flouring. Combine cake mix adding 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition.

Step 2Add sour cream, pudding, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Step 3In a medium bowl, mix together the brown sugar, pecans, and Kahlua.

Step 4Mix half of the prepared cake batter with the pecan mixture.

Step 5Pour half of the pecan mixture into the prepared pan.

Step 6Then add the remaining plain cake batter.

Step 7Then top it with the rest of the pecan mixture.

Step 8Run a knife through the mixture to marbelize.

Step 9Bake in the preheated oven for 45 - 55 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.

Step 10Cool in the pan for 5 minutes and then invert the cake onto a plate.
