joy's chocolate mess

My aunt made this cake for our 4th of July Cookout....it was very delicious and so quick and easy to make. Good news is you cook it in the crockpot. Joy said it makes the entire house smell wonderful while it is cooking. The end result is like a gooey, chewy brownie.

Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- TOPPING
- 1/2 gallon breyer's vanilla ice cream (or your fav. flavor)

Step 1Grease your crockpot. Combine ingredients until smooth. Pour into crockpot. Cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream!
