Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can fruit ( your choice of canned fruit in light syrup)
How To Make jiffy cobbler

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Melt butter in 9x5x3 glass loaf dish(or small square baking dish).

Step 3In a bowl combine Flour, sugar,baking powder, milk and vanilla.Pour this mixture over the melted butter.

Step 4Arrange the can of fruit and it's syrup over batter.

Step 5Bake until batter is brown (30 min).Batter will rise to the top making a cobbler.
