1 can(s)fruit ( your choice of canned fruit in light syrup)
How to Make Jiffy Cobbler
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt butter in 9x5x3 glass loaf dish(or small square baking dish).
- In a bowl combine Flour, sugar,baking powder, milk and vanilla.Pour this mixture over the melted butter.
- Arrange the can of fruit and it's syrup over batter.
- Bake until batter is brown (30 min).Batter will rise to the top making a cobbler.
