This is another simple recipe and it makes a fast dessert for unexpected company. I always make sure that I keep these ingredients around the house just for that occasion.

- 1 box jiffy yellow cake mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 large can of crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large carton of cool whip
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1Mix cake per box directions, Place in 13x9 pan and bake for 10 to 15 minutes depending on your oven. Let cool. Soften cheese, Add milk and mix, Add pudding and beat til mixed. Pour over cool cake. Add pineapple to top of pudding and cover with cool whip. Sprinkle with nuts. refrigerate.
