1/2 c
jelly ( your favorite )
1
unbeaten egg white
2 Tbsp
sugar
1 dash(es)
salt

How to Make Jelly Frosting

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine jelly, ( our favorite is strawberry), egg whites, sugar, and salt in top of double boiler
  • 2Cook over boiling water beating constantly until stiff peaks form
  • 3Remove from heat.
    Beat until of spreading consistency, about 2 minutes.
  • 4Frost two 8 inch layers or 24 cupcakes
