Ingredients
- 1/2 cup jelly ( your favorite )
- 1 - unbeaten egg white
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 dash salt
How To Make jelly frosting

Step 1Combine jelly, ( our favorite is strawberry), egg whites, sugar, and salt in top of double boiler

Step 2Cook over boiling water beating constantly until stiff peaks form

Step 3Remove from heat. Beat until of spreading consistency, about 2 minutes.

Step 4Frost two 8 inch layers or 24 cupcakes
