Jello Poke Cake

Ingredients
-
·1 box betty crocker supermoist cake mix (any flavor) baked to pkg.directions in an 9x12 inch cake pan & cooled completely
-
·1-cup boiling water
-
·1-(4oz) package of your favorite jello flavor
-
·1/2 -cup cold water
-
·1-large container of cool whip topping (any variety)

·garnish with your favorite fruit if desired (once cake is completely chilled and topped with cool whip)
How to Make Jello Poke Cake
- Prepare your cake as directed and cool completely
- With the handle of a wooden spoon poke random holes all over the top of cake
- Disolve the Jello in a small mixing bowl or a 2 cup measuring cup by pouring the 1 cup of boiling water over it and mixing well
- Add the 1/2 Cup of cold water and mix well
- Spoon the Jello over the top of the cake allowing it to flow into the holes using all the Jello
- Frost the cake with the Cool Whip Topping and garnish with your favorite fresh fruit if desired
- Enjoy
