Ingredients
- Two - eggs
- One box moist or deluxe pineapple cake mix
- Four ounce coconut juice
- Four ounce water
- Eight ounce serrento's ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
How To Make jay's super moist piña colada cake

Step 1Mix all liquids(except water) together at med speed until creamy. then add cake mix alternating with water, starting and ending with dry mix. Blend for an additional two minutes. Place in pre oiled and flower dusted cake pan in the oven which has been pre-heated to 350 (Dark pans 325) for 25 to 30 min or until tooth pick come out clean. place on cooling rack until cool

Step 2I use the Wilton Butter Cream recipe and I sprinkle Shredded Sweetened Coconut in middle and on top. Bona petite!
