MIX CAKE PER BOX DIRECTIONS. STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND TOFFEE CHIPS. BAKE PER BOX DIRECTIONS. WHEN CAKE IS DONE PUNCH HOLES IN CAKE . POOR CONDENSED MILK OVER HOLES. LET COOL. SPREAD COOL WHIP OVER TOP. SPRINKLE TOFFEE CHIPS OVER TOP. NOTE: CAKE TURNS OUT BETTER IF EGGS ARE ROOM TEMPERATURE!
