I found this recipe online. I have not tried it yet. It sounds delicious.

- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 1 can 20 ounce crushed pineapple with juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package coconut
- 1 - 8 ounce container cool whip
- 1 - small jar cherries
- 1 cup pecans (optional)
How To Make italian no bake cake

Step 1Layer the bottom of 9 x 13 dish with vanilla wafers.

Step 2Mix in a bowl the lemon juice and condensed milk, then add the pineapple and mix all together.

Step 3Pour this over the vanilla wafers in the dish.

Step 4Add another layer of vanilla wafers on top of the pineapple mix.

Step 5Top with cool whip. coconut and cherries.

Step 6Refrigerate overnight.

Step 7Note: You can replace coconut with pecans if you would like.
