- 2 pounds ricotta
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 box chocolate pudding(large)
- 8 ounces cool whip
How To Make italian love cake

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs & sugar. Using a hand mixer, beat together until combined.

Step 3Next add in the ricotta. Break it apart slightly with a spatula, then mix together until completely combined.

Step 4Lastly, add in the vanilla. Kee. Mixing until all ingredients are combined and your batter reaches a smooth, non-grainy consistency. Set aside.

Step 5In another large mixing bowl, mix together your yellow are mix according to the box directions. Once both batters are completed layer into a large baking pan.

Step 6Bake for 20-35 minutes. Test for done ness when a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Te top of the cake will turn golden brown.

Step 7Let the cake cool at room temperature. Once it is cooled - place it in the refrigerator.

Step 8Frosting In another large bowl, combine the milk & the instant pudding with hand mixer. Start adding the cool whip little at a time . Once the ingredients rare fully combined, spread the frosting on the cake.
