An easy to make, delicious cake. You can use any cake mix or pudding mix.

Ingredients

2 pounds ricotta cheese
1 cup sugar
4 - eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 box instant pistachio pudding mix or chocolate instant pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 - (8 oz.) cool whip
1 - chocolate cake mix or marble cake mix

How To Make italian love cake

Step 1

Prepare cake as directed on box and pour into a greased and floured 9 X 13 inch pan.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Step 3

Spoon over unbaked cake.
Step 4

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool.
Step 5

Mix instant pudding with milk; fold in whipped topping.
Step 6

Spread over cake; refrigerate.
