Ingredients

1 package cake mix, fudge marble
2 pounds ricotta cheese
1 cup sugar
4 - eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces whipping cream
1 package pudding, chocolate
1 cup milk

How To Make italian love cake

Step 1

Mix cake as directed on box; pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan.

Step 2

In separate bowl, combine ricotta, sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Step 3

Spoon over top of unbaked cake.
Step 4

Bake at 350 for 1 hour; cool.
Step 5

Whip cream; mix pudding with milk.
Step 6

Fold in whipped cream; spread over cake and refrigerate.
