How to Make Italian Love Cake
- 1Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour into 9X13 inch glass
pan. SET ASIDE.
- 2With mixer at medium speed mix ricotta, eggs, vanilla & sugar.
- 3Spoon evenly over cake. DO NOT MIX.
- 4Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
- 5Let cool completely. Combine pudding and milk and fold in cool whip.
- 6Spread over cool cake.
