This recipe came to me from my mother who got it from her best friend. It had been in their family for years, and it became one of our favorites! I remember this cake being around for as long as I can remember.

Ingredients
- CRUST
- 2 - egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup flour
- CAKE
- 1 pound ricotta cheese
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 - drop vanilla
- - hersheys chocolate small amount, to taste)

Step 1Mix crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan

Step 2Mix all other ingredients and pour over crust

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
