This recipe came to me from my mother who got it from her best friend. It had been in their family for years, and it became one of our favorites! I remember this cake being around for as long as I can remember.

CRUST

egg yolks
1/4 c

sugar
1/4 c

butter, softened
1 c

flour
CAKE
1 lb

ricotta cheese
2

eggs
1 c

sugar
1/2 c

heavy cream
1

drop vanilla
hersheys chocolate small amount, to taste)

Mix crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan

Mix all other ingredients and pour over crust

Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
