Ingredients
- 3 packages 8-ounce cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 - eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
How To Make irene's cheesecake

Step 1Blend cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add cream and beat.

Step 2Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower to 350 degrees and continue to bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden.

Step 3Leave door open another hour.
