Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 pound plain chocolate wafers
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 pint strawberries

How To Make instant chocolate cream cake

  • Step 1
    Beat the cream until almost stiff, add sugar and vanilla.
  • Step 2
    Crumble a quarter of the cookies and put into the bottom of a pie plate.
  • Step 3
    With a spatula spread 1/5 of the whipped cream over the cookies.
  • Step 4
    Put 1/5 of the strawberries over the cream, arrange more cookies on top of this and repeat process ending with a layer of whipped cream and strawberries.
  • Step 5
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
