This is a recipe my Mom got from a lady at a Square dance party. Her and Dad loved to Square Dance, they even took a boat cruise just for dancers. Those were the days. This is in memory of my Mother, she loved to cook and laugh.

Ingredients For indian wedding cake

2 cflour - plain

2 csugar
-
2eggs, beaten
-
2 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

1 tspvanilla

2 can8 oz. canned crushed pineapples, juice and all
- FROSTING

1 cpowder sugar

1 stickbutter, unsalted, soften

18 oz. creams cheese, soften
How To Make indian wedding cake

1mix all cake ingredients together.

2Put into a greased and floured 9x13 pan

3bake at 350 degress for 30 to 35 minutes

4Cool cake and split in half. put frosting in between layers and on top. Don't frost the sides.

5Frosting: Beat soften butter and cream cheese together, blend in powder sugar.
