This is a recipe my Mom got from a lady at a Square dance party. Her and Dad loved to Square Dance, they even took a boat cruise just for dancers. Those were the days. This is in memory of my Mother, she loved to cook and laugh.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour - plain
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cans 8 oz. canned crushed pineapples, juice and all
- FROSTING
- 1 cup powder sugar
- 1 stick butter, unsalted, soften
- 1 - 8 oz. creams cheese, soften

Step 1mix all cake ingredients together.

Step 2Put into a greased and floured 9x13 pan

Step 3bake at 350 degress for 30 to 35 minutes

Step 4Cool cake and split in half. put frosting in between layers and on top. Don't frost the sides.

Step 5Frosting: Beat soften butter and cream cheese together, blend in powder sugar.
