Easy to make, delicious cake. You can use different ice creams and different icings and different cake mixes to make a different cake each time you bake.

Ingredients

  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 2 cups melted ice cream, your choice of flavor, cherry vanilla is good
  • 3 - large eggs
  • CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW FROSTING (OPTIONAL)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp. milk
  • 6 - large marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make incredible melted ice-cream cake

  • Step 1
    Place cake mix, melted ice cream and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
    Beat with electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute.
  • Step 3
    Increase the speed to medium and beat 2 minutes more.
  • Step 4
    Pour the batter into a Bundt or tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 38-42 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Frosting: Sift the sugar and cocoa together in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
  • Step 6
    Place the marshmallows, butter and milk in a medium-size saucepan over low heat. Stir until marshmallows are melted, 3-4 minutes. Remove pan from heat.
  • Step 7
    Pour sugar and cocoa mixture over the marshmallow mixture.
  • Step 8
    Add the vanilla and stir until the frosting is smooth.
