A quick and easy recipe for a delicious cheesecake.

Ingredients

3/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 - eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup bisquick
2 packages (8 oz ea) cream cheese, cut into cubes and softened
TOPPING
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

How To Make impossible cheesecake

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 F, grease a 9 inch pie plate. Place milk, egs vanilla, sugar and bisquick in a blender container. Cover, blend on high for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Pour into pie plate. Bake until center is firm, 40 to 45 minutes. Mix topping ingredients together and spread on cake. Garnish with fruit if desired.
