How to Make Ice Creamed Angel Cake
- Let the ice cream soften to spreading consistency. Stir in food coloring if desired. Cut the cake in half, horizontally. "Ice" the cake with the softened ice cream. Put cake into the freezer until ice cream hardens then cover the cake and leave in freezer until time to serve.
