Ingredients
- 3 packages ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup pecan pieces
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- topping - any of your favorite crushed candy bars, cookies, fresh fruits, brownies, or candy (m & m's) & nuts
How To Make ice cream cake

Step 1crust: crush the ritz crackers with your hands, mix in butter and pecan pieces, press into bottom of a casserole dish

Step 2filling: let the ice cream set until soft, put into mixer, pour in your milk a little at a time, mix well, then pour in the instant vanilla pudding mix well until smooth

Step 3pour 1/2 of filling on top of the crust layer with favorite topping mixture, layer the other 1/2 of the ice cream and the rest of your toppings,freeze up to an hour and just before serving
