Ingredients

·24 chocolate sandwich cookies

1/4 cmelted butter
-
1/2 galvanilla ice cream
-
16 ozcan of hershey syrup
-
15 ozcan of sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cbutter
-
1 tspvanilla

8 ozcool whip
How to Make Ice Cream Cake
- Crush cookies and add melted butter. Pat into a 13X9 pan. Freeze 30 min. Soften ice cream and spread over crumbs. Freeze 30 min.
- Bring to a boil syrup, milk, and butter. Simmer 5 minutes and stir frequently! Take off heat and cool. Once cool-stil in vanilla. Pour mixture over ice cream layer. Freeze 30 min.
- Spread top with Cool Whip and decorate. I have used crushed sandwich cookies, sprinkles, nuts-the options are endless. Enjoy!!
