Ingredients For ice box fruit cake

  • 12 oz.
    vanilla wafers
  • 1 can
    eagle brand sweetened condesed milk
  • 1/2 cup
    candied cherried red
  • 1/2 cup
    candied cherries green
  • 1 can
    coconut, flaked
  • 1 1/2 cup
    chopped pecans
  • 1 cup
    english walnuts chopped

How To Make ice box fruit cake

  • 1
    Mix wafers finely chopped with cherries, coconut & nuts. Pour Eagle sweetened condensed milk over & mix with hands.

    Shape into rolls & wrap in waxed paper. Freeze immediately for 3 hours or more. Quickly slice & serve
