Ingredients
- 3/4 pound each candied pineapple & cherries
- 1 pound each white raisins, walnuts and pecans
- 1 pound box graham crackers
- 1 small can pet milk (5 fluid ounces of evaporated milk)
- 12 ounces marshmallows, mini
- 1 can coconut (1 1/3 cup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make ice box fruit cake

Step 1Crush graham crackers to meal with rolling pin.

Step 2Melt marshmallows in milk over a double boiler, add vanilla.

Step 3Pour over fruit, nuts and cracker meal. Mix well and pack in pan. Store in refrigerator.

Step 4She doesn't say what size pan... sorry. I would have to guess a 9x13.
