Ingredients

1 1/3 cups sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups milk
1 pound vanilla wafers , crushed
1/2 pint whipped cream

How To Make ice box cake

Step 1

cook together over a slow fire or in double boiler until thick as for custard. let cool. Roll cookies; put a layer of crumbs then the custard,then crumbs ect.Top with whipped cream
