I just love this cake recipe i make it for Easter and Mothers Day. My family love it as well. It is simple and easy and your family and friends will love it also.

Ingredients

2 box
of duncan hines yellow cake mixes
6
eggs
water for mixing cake mixes go by directions on boxes
1 can(s)
crushed pineapple
3
bananas cut and smashed
1 1/2 tsp
cinnamon
2 Tbsp
vanilla extract
1 c
chopped pecans
1 dash(es)
salt
add butter to cake mixes instead of oil go by directions on box

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

1 pkg
of cream cheese softened
1 pkg
confectioners' sugar
1 stick
butter softened
1 to 2 Tbsp
milk
1/2 Tbsp
vanilla extract

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350 and grease a large square cake pan like 13x9 or depending on the size it may make two if using 3 cake mixes instead of two
2First mix cake mixes according to directions on the boxes
3Next add pineapple, smashed bananas,cinnamon,salt and pecans
4Mix all this together and mix well
5Pour into pan or pans and cook for 25 to 30 min or until toothpick is inserted and comes out clean
6Let cool and ice with cream cheese icing
7For frosting add cream cheese to mixing bowl add butter,confectioners sugar and vanilla then mix well
8Add milk a little a the time to get the consistency you want it to be
9Then frost cake after it cools all the way and enjoy
