- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 cup oil
- 3 - bananas chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 8 ounces crushed pineapples
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 cup sifted powder sugar
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
How To Make hummingbird cake

Step 1Cake:Stir together flour, sugar,cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Add pineapple, oil eggs, bananas, nuts, and vanilla to flour mixture. Stir just to blend. Pour into cake 13x9 greased bunt pan. Bake until inserted toothpick comes out clean at 325. Cool completely. Turn out cake onto a cake plate.

Step 2Glaze: Combine melted butter and powder sugar. Add just enough pineapple juice to make desired drizzling consistency. drizzle over cake.
