Ingredients
- CAKE
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 3 - eggs
- 1 can 8 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice (reserved from canned pineapple)
- 2 cups chopped/mashed ripe bananas
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- FROSTING/GLAZE
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons pineapple juice, reserved from canned pineapple
How To Make hummingbird bundt cake

Step 1Combine flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, oil, eggs and pineapple juice. By hand, add the pineapple, bananas, and nuts.

Step 2Grease bundt pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350 degree for 55 - 65 minutes, until done and toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.

Step 3Let cool in pan for about 10 minutes before inverting on cooling rack. Once completely cooled, drizzle with frosting. (To make frosting, combine all ingredients well in small bowl.) May garnish with additional chopped nuts if desired.
