Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 - eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 cups chopped banana
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 can 8 oz crushed pineapple and juice
How To Make humming bird cake

Step 1Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil, stir until moist (don't beat) Stir in Vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas. Spoon into 3 well greased 9" cake pans and bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese icing

Step 2Cream Cheese Icing: 2 3 oz cream cheese (room temp) 1 cup softened butter 2 tsp vanilla 2 boxes of confectioners sugar 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans Beat well and add 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
